Just be smart and beat them in the long run by nailing their dog lines. Destroying the enemy from the inside is the easiest way to way to make them rot. Simple Sun Tzu

Hey welcome to SIA. Most books would have honored your bet if it was after the fact and if they wanted to change the line or cancel your bet it should have been done prior to the tournament beginning. I use to play at SIA about 2 years ago and I beat them all the time. One day my balance was in the minus and when I called them to find out what was going on, they said that there was an error 2 years ago and it was an accounting error. My balance was correct at the time and they just did not want to me play there because I kept on winning. I have not played there since and "Yes" they are crooks. They love the square players that always lose so they will never rip them off but if you are a Pro then they do not want your business. I feel like every player I talk to had a bad experience with SIA and at this point I think we can all relate to what you are doing through. Play somewhere legit like Olympic, Pinnacle, Canbet, Bowmans or even 5Dimes. Just my suggestion, these are the books I play with and have never encountered a problem.

Not ONE WORD yet. I have left my phone number and just now written my 3rd e-mail to this place. They are so ashamed of themselves they won't even answer an honest inquiry about this.

Surprising to me how this place is run. Will keep on until we get something.....

I have defended SIA in the past, but this seems really poor on their part. I think you should keep on them until you get paid.

It doesn't matter how good their lines are if they don't pay. Just looked at Olympic and am very impressed.

They still aren't replying to e-mails, probably because they don't have much of a case. Their rules clearly state that they're allowed to adjust the prices if they have been incorrectly entered into the system, not because their odds setter was having a bad day and didn't do his research properly before putting up his props.

Their failure to respond to e-mails from me and Patrick is particularly bad. Their replies to my first four or five e-mails were just insulting, and since then they've ignored everything we've thrown at them. Scarcely the behaviour of a book that thinks it has a fair case. If they really thought they could defend their actions they would come on here and defend them publicly.

So come on Sports Interaction (or should I say Sports Inaction?). Where are you?

I wonder how many of their customers played the 33/1 and when they became aware of it. Perhaps their existence is threatened by the payout and they are crapping themselves.

Anyway don't let it blow over. Either they pay you out or come to a decent settlement with you or their reputation is permanently tarnished.

Not one word yet back. Must be no defense for this. I will see about downgrading these people where we can if this continues. This is disturbing they won't even acknowledge or deny they took this guys money. I mean two weeks later change a graded bet sitting in his account?

I was very cordial to them and only asked to hear their version of what went on. It is growing apparent the player is telling 100% of the truth. Am not done with this yet but little I can do, I can't make them talk to me. Do they advertise anywhere? I think it is time we let more people know about this group. They have several similar type of things like this from the past as well.

I wouldn't waste my time with the Commission. They have never ruled in favor of a player yet. The books pay them to belong, easy to see where the bread is buttered. They endorsed these same people taking 27k from another poster who allegedly "scammed" them somehow.

If bettors would stay away from SHIT books like SIA, maybe they would think twice about continuing to stiff people. But why should they when posters here continue to send them money? Stop sending this SHIT book money and then let see if they change their stiff the bettor policy.

i put on 20 to 40 tennis bets per week, there is NO WAY 33 to 1 was a bad line. NO WAY.

Before the event, Federer, Agassi & Roddick were all pretty short prices. Philippousis was wayn out there, with all his injury problems and having played like a dog most of 2003.

It is JUST possible SIA didn't realise until late on that he was unseeded, but that in no sense alters the fact that 33 to 1 was a decent price and in no way a BAD line.

I was not on this prop and have played happily at SIA for nearly 2 years with no problems. I tend to try to get my bets on lines that their square army are clearly on the other side of, so helping them to balance the book.

If this matter is not resolved within the next 7 days by everyone being paid at the original price, I will leave.

It seems like they should be called Sports Inaction, based on their complete lack of response to what should be a major issue. If Pob cheated somehow, let them say so. But at the moment it just looks like they genuinely have stiffed him.

Not even the courtesy of an email reply here so far. Even ESB & BML are happy to return emails.

I would downgrade them now. Just no excuse for it. Good luck with the outcome.

another case of a sportsbook putting up a line and forgetting about "it might actually hit"

you would think that sportsbooks would be more careful
on listing lines on "obscure" events

by obscure i mean sports other than foots, bases, baskets, hockey..............

years ago when they started the pick-six at the local track..............i had the bright idea of offering it with a 10k limit..................i got hit the third week..........never again

like ive said before............ when you offer somebody a tasty morsel, dont get mad when they take a bite...
