Miamiman,
You are right. It was Royal's initial intention, after learning that our customers were being spammed by BJM, to look elsewhere and move on.
However, beginning of September, some of our long time customers began complaining about being harassed by BJM. Here's an example ( mail received by one of our customers ) :

*****,
Thanks for the reply. ***** certainly is a great person to talk with, I agree and would love to have her except she is in another country. If both were in her reach, she would certainly chose to work with us I promise. If you were to ask her on an "un-monitored" line I know you'd get the truth. Victor, ******, ***** and myself and the others would not have left if things were still good there. You owe it to yourself to give me or Victor a quick call.
I know you'll enjoy "our" level of service. Your money is safe here.
Best wishes to you.
Scotty

We immediately asked Spiro to have BJM cease this kind of unethical approach. Copy was sent to sbr who posted the following :

Unfortunately there was no follow up to our request. Eventually, a couple of days later BJM began harassing our customers on the phone with the deceiving approach described on the initial post.
As our requests to stop this unethical actions was not being taken in consideration Royal Sports decided to make a public request.
We owe it to our customers, who have been the innocent victims of this unfortunate situation.
Hopefully this will finally stop. We really wanted to avoid having to come to this point, but it seems this was the only way.
