Actually, please explain something to me: Juice betrayed the club. Juice ran away. He was captured, after trying, yet again, to betray the club. They chose not to kill him, but let him go, so that he could get arrested(though they seemed surprised that he had not committed suicide-by-cop, but maybe I misread the situation) and kill Lin(and, I won't even mention that to do that is gonna require a lot of palms to be greased, and that's on BOTH sides of the law, guards and convicts)-and-SURPRISE!-he's already getting ready to roll over on the club again. The move made absolutely, positively, NO sense, but, at this point, I'm just playing out the string waiting to see how Gemma gets. Dat old bitch gotta DIE, and she gotta die ugly....

Seriously, was wondering the same thing. He mumbled something about a gun once Marks reached for it and should have been able to just throw his body into marks to get him off balance or to the ground while avoid Marks being able to grab the gun.
But on the other hand he got his jaw broken, was beat up quite badly and a (severe) concussion and other injuries rather likely, so it's not that farfetched that he was almost unconscious/passed out and not that aware of the situation around him.

i {thought} i liked kurt sutter but this is silly , too complicated to follow, to unrealistic, some good envelope pushing sex and gore scenes to keep you watching. you know he is going to give his wife a show stopping death scene.
