It's very unlikely this was the 1st time its been done. So I assume he has a routine on how and where he does it. He wasn't efficient enough because he forgot one this time. Brady would have been pissed if they handed him the one legal ball

This investigation could be over with one or two phone calls and 30 mins. Goodlell needs to drag this out so he doesn't have to make a decision to suspend. Dollars over game integrity for the nfl.
