All I can say is we are doing everything in our power to resolve the problem. Sure I have posted the site is back but always with a I hope attached.
Yesterday I ran a two hour trivia contest without a hitch, no slowdowns or site downs during the entire time.

In all honesty I do not know what the problem is, it certainly cannot be one of handling traffic as right now there are only 644 online users. Monday night we had well over 5,000 online users and the site was running better that it is right now.

You have my word that it is not for lack of effort that we still continue to suffer difficulties.

The site being erratic like this is a nightmare for the moderators, we are anxious for this problem to be behind us.

this shit is getting OLD very fast, is their not the capability to either have the fcuking host fix the shit or change hosting companies? i would be ashamed of the effort here if i were a member of management or ownership, fix the fcuking site or hire someone that can. i don't think many of us would put up with this shit in our business, i sure as fcuk wouldn't.

That said, I too think it's unreal that a site this size doesn't have backups or some sort of redundancy for issues like this. If I ran a site like this, yes it could happen for 1 day but the cost of losing revenue would more than allow for a redundant scenario.
