Zero but it's a 2000 Izuzu Trooper. Runs and looks great thanks to my wife who takes care of it. She knows all the spots to get cars maintained well and fairly cheap here in San Jose.
When I was living on Cape Cod back in 2005 I bought a 93 Toyota Camry Wagon for $1800 (paid cash to guy who had it on internet for sale). The wagon was a dream for an old car, amazing how much stuff you could cram into the back with the two back seats down. I had the front breaks done and bought a cheap battery during the 2 years I drove it.
I gave it to my nephew's son for his first car, he had just graduated from high school and I hear just this week it is still riding beautifully. When I gave it to the kid it had 265K miles on it. I changed the oil like clockwork every 3,000 miles at Jiffy Lube. Rotated the tires once and never had a days trouble for two years, drove it all over Cape Cod.
Personally I am not out to impress anyone with a fancy ride. The Camry was a perfect first car for my Nephew's boy. I probably could have sold it for what I bought it for (I was moving back to Costa Rica) but decided to do a good deed and hook up the kid instead. My sister the kid's grandmother is still thanking me as is my nephew her son.
I agree with Doug, these used Toyotas are the way to go.
