It's not "unethical". It's their policy and they explain that in their rules section, through emails & over the phone.

Clear as day, once bonus accepted, it cannot be forfeited. If you want to make a quick hit and run, you cannot accept such bonuses.

Not every book has the same bonuses or the same rules,. You need to find a book that fits your needs.

I've bashed slow paying books before, but I don't think Skybook has done anything wrong here.
