Hi All - Just Wanted To Let You Know Not To Accept Skybooks "10% Cash Bonus" <--it Is A Scam!!! I Wanted To Make A Quick Hit On Milwaukee So I Sent In 640.00 Western Union And Called In The Mtcn Number - Before I Got Off The Phone The Clerk Asked If He Wanted Me To Credit The 10% Cash Bonus - Me Thinking That If I Withdrew My Money After The Win That I Would Just Forfeit The Bonus And Get My Money -boy Was I Wrong!!!

I Won And Got My Account Up To 1800 I Then Called The Next Morning And Requested A Payout Of 1500 - They Denied My Payout Request And Said That Since I Accepted The 64 Dollars That I Could Not Have My Money Until I Gambled Another 2100 Dollars!!! So Yeah They Suckered Me & Boy Do I Feel Like An Idiot Now For Going To That Book!!! They Told Me If I Want My Money Then I Would Have To Bet All Of It!! I Needed That Money Yesterday!!!

Most Reputable Sportsbooks Just Let You Withdraw Your Money And Forfeit The Bonus!! Not These Guys!! Keeping 1800 Dollars Of My Money All For A Measly 64 Dollars That Should Be Illegal And They Should Be In Jail!!!

What Sportsbook Doesnt Pay You Out When You Win?? Ill Remember Skybook.com -beware Of The Fine Print!!! Anyone Else Run Into This Problem With Them??

well i understand that YOU may think that skybook is a good book, but they sucker people into taking that bonus they say you cant make a withdrawl which leads you to think that if you do make a withdrawl then you just "forfeit" the bonus... Im sure that everyone here has wanted to put money in and withdraw the next day.. ive done it numerous times with numerous books..and had NO problems...

  • If a cash bonus is awarded, no withdrawals will be allowed until the predetermined rollover requirement has been met. For example, a $500 deposit receives a $50 bonus. The rollover, which includes the bonus amount, is 4x. Therefore, $2,200 is the total amount required in sports wagering action prior to withdrawal of any portion of your balance.
  • Skybook Casino and Poker activity do not count toward rollover requirements.
  • In order to meet our new money requirements, if a customer withdraws funds from an account, the customer must deposit funds exceeding the withdrawal amount before cash bonuses are issued again.
  • If you deposit more funds prior to meeting the previous deposit’s rollover requirement and take another bonus, the following formula will be applied to determine your next deposit’s rollover sum: Deposit Sum + Bonus Sum + Pending Wager Balance + Current Account Balance x Rollover Requirement
  • Once a bonus is accepted it cannot be forfeited.

You need to ask about these things before you say "yeah, I'll take the bonus."

SweetLou:

You knew no withdrawals would be processed until you satisfied the rollover requirements. You admitted this was told to you, but somehow assumed it meant something else. "No withdrawals will be processed" means you cannot request payouts until the full rollover requirement is satisfied.

The terms of our rollover policies are listed on our website under the rules section.

Once you were told no payouts could be processed until you satisfied the full rollover requirements you continued to wager and now, because you lost, cry foul.

Your consistant harrassment, humilliation and insulting of our Customer Care staff is entirely unacceptable. Your are no longer welcome to wager here.

Skybook getting online late at night to drop the hammer? Snap.

Be an adult, accept the consequences, and move on. You messed up. Not Skybook.
