Your post started in a very legit way and it seems your right when you point out that a non advertising book would have been treated differently, however I fail to understand what the original issue has to do with sexual attitudes ( gays ).
The book your talking about is not a big out. They have glitches in their software ( this has been so all along the way with the phone portion of that particular software ).
Customer service and ticketwriting is reported as being in the need of improvement.
Yet I do not understand why you mix a legit complaint and clarification request with UB and gays.
