Bloomfield is a small town just north of the beautiful crime infested city of Newark. The criminals who live in Newark (not white) like to drive into these communities to commit crimes like robbery. The police are doing what they are paid to do. To keep the community (mostly white) safe from the criminal element right over the border in Newark (not white). This is called good policing.
