At this point not all members of the jury have voted, as we all know not everyone can be here at the same time....As Judge of this trial I see no need to draw this out any longer.

There is no way to get a conviction at this point and in fact from every account it looks like Sickgamber wins this case very convincingly!

after careful consideration of all the facts i have seen. i find the defendant GUILTY.
the netteller information that came to light did not sway me as it apparently has some of the others. from what i have read here on this website netteller is not picky with whom they do business with. in my opinion i doubt they cared if this guy was scamming a sportbook or not as long as they were getting their money.

This is better than TV drama. I think there is definately more to come. We will see what the result is. IMO, there is no reason for Rio to sieze these funds. Not sure we know all the truth here. Looking forward to the outcome myself.
