I just wanted to say I have been trying to get into the Rx off and on all day with no luck until a short while ago.A suggestion to the judge that a rollcall be taken to make sure the jurors are still present and none has kicked off during this long and boring trial.I hate to admit this but I have actually read everything in this thread from the beginning.

1. and 2. Damn close but no cigar. But I understand the book witholding the money for awhile. But he should be paid.... Not guilty.
3. Yes. But get off the innocent act. All of us know that he's not naive. He found a loophole and exploited it. And he's probably done it at other books. Not guilty.
But there are still some things I'd like to know about. Somehow I get the feeling OF is involved somewhere in all of this BS.

I really was hoping to see more evidence presented here.Since I have to make a decision on only what I have read here we will go with that.I do think Sick is guilty of bonus whoring but that is not what he is on trial for though I do think he has been unethical and definitely took advantage of the sportsbook's rules.Given the eveidence presented I vote Not Guilty on all 3 counts.

I'd tone the giggling and gloating a little. O.J. was voted not guilty too, but look how he's percieved by the public. You knew you'd have a problem if the multiple account thing ever came out. Getting voted not guilty doesn't mean you were innocent. But I do hope you get paid. But something tells me that it might take awhile.

In light of all evidence, and without personal prejudice, I can't see that what Sick got involved in was a premeditated scam. This bonus, rollover, business is what the books use to attract customers, as far I'm concerned it is on them to cover all bases. If a player gets by for some extra bonus money its no big deal.Never mind a crime or scam.
