... so as is often the case with "he said/she said" cases we'll need to examine the characters of the parties involved ...

RIO has a HUUUUUUUGE edge here ... possibly enough to give them an easy win over the accused.

I just took the hour to get caught up on this case. I have to agree with the poster at MW shoebox, i believe, I don't see what he did wrong. He made real wagers with real money, if there really is some problem, why not work out some settlement on giving back some bonus money, and just resolve this.

Ok fair enough...I have heard both sides of the arguement we will stick with the 12 members of the jury....

Sick has a point, there could be some that would vote against without reading anything..But it could work in his favor too...

The official verdict will come from these 12 jurors....

I wouldn`t be surprised if outandup or someone else got an 'outlaw' vote....

At the appropriate time ( close of this trial) I will prepare the questions for the jurors to vote on.

In typical lawyerly-like ways, the questions will be structure to guanantee his conviction, at the very least of a conspiracy charge.
