Jman if you decide to have a vote by show of cyber hands, I suggest you count votes of posters with no less than 1000 posts, of which we have plenty. Definitely don't let newbie votes count, in this way we will get a sense of how veteran Rx. posters feel and cut out any chance of ghosts one way or the other.

The problem with the 12 jurors, you and everyone else knows at least one will hold out for you no matter what. Even if it's a hung jury that doesn't clear your name. If anything it should be a majority either way.

Sick at this point I guarantee a hung jury...Now we can do two things, we can call it a mistrial, or we can vote, the Jury WILL BE LOCKED...
