and one other thing boys..
if i thought i was scamming anyone, why did i not get AOL, or work out of my neighbors house, or go to library down the street to work for free there, or disguise my voice, or hire a kid for 2 bucks a call to call for me. I always used my own PC on cable, which basically spells out my name and same IP each time. Why didn't i ever use *69 when i called. that's bec in my mind, i am NO scammer and never was.. i had NOTHING to hide here..

I am NOT going down bec of one woman who is on a revenge mission to try to take me down bec she is pissed at me for leaving her for another woman. sorry... everything was going good till the day i told her it was over. then i became a scammer all of a sudden..

Sounds to me that Sick was either really stupid or didn't thing he was doing anything illegal.

I will make a comment here as others are....To me it seems like sick was being "creative

" and using "leverage

" now in my mind its probably not what any sportsbook has in mind when hading out 10-20% bonuses but completely within the law....I don`t know if more evidence will be presented but I am considering throwing this out of court....I`d like more jurors to sign off on this.....Is the Shrink

there is NO WAY in hell you are throwing this out of court. I am NOT a scammer, and i have sat here all day trying to prove to you boys i am not. I did NOT go out today for this, and i had a lot planned for this sunday. I already have jj and willy favoring me.. That's 2-0 and i only needed 1 vote. I have to still prove to my jurors that i am 100% innocent, which i am. There is NO WAY pal that you are throwing this trial out of court, sorry. I want the jurors to have their say..

Sick I just presented an opinion based on facts presented up until now. If a smoking gun is found with your prints on it, I reserve the right to change any verdict I might have led you to belive I am leaning toward.

Judge, please don't throw this out of court without a jury vote, you will have proved nothing and kept this issue alive instead of putting the whole thing to bed, which I think is what most everyone wants to see.

Plus court is adjourned until tommorow.

thanks journey, and no, i missed it. but i am sure i will see a repeat on espn soon. btw, gary carter is my all time favorite player ever. i grew up idolizing him. him and guy lafleur are my only 2 idols in sports.
i am pissed at him though bec he wanted to wear a met cap originally, but was forced to wear the spos cap. i am mad at him for that

I`m saying this because the evidence is very very week here to this point....There HAS TO BE MORE EVIDENCE COMING, or this so called "Trial of the century" will not live up...
