It seems to me the Sick used a little creative thinking by using the names of a few friends who had financial gain in mind and thus gave him permission to do so. Is this scamming IMO definitely not. Now as far as the victim goes, Rio Sportsbook. From what I can gather all Rio did was make money, Sick gave them what something around 400k in volume in a short period of time. Lets look at that 400k, Sick says he came out loser and assuming Rio was smart enough to have players on the other side of the 400k (which is a stone cinch) they had to take down the juice from relatively two sided action, say anywhere from 25 to 40K. So who is harmed, not Rio for sure. I say so what to a few different user names, these books like to give up bonus, and referral money, let em. To me a scam is breaking past a sportsbook firewall, or having a partner on the inside who can manipulate your account, stuff like that. If a guy can get a little extra bonus money he may be a whore but I don't see where he can be considered a scam artist. Ask any real scammer, this is child's play. Of course I know all the facts may not be in, so I am still sitting in judgement as a juror, I just wanted to add my two cents to the debate based on the edividence presented so far.
