Well, I suppose the 'one hour' question is a valid one, even if Frank is pressing a conspiracy theory - if that time-line is accurate, and I don't know that it is, why would a paid Rx advertiser be pulled so fast over a player dispute that seems a lot like the one Skybook had with SG, whose advertising was never pulled? In other words, what was so over the top about this dispute that required such a fast removal, if indeed the timeline is accurate? Or was there something else simmering in the background for which this was the straw that broke the camel's back?

No one likes to see a crippled camel, I'm just curious as usual

Very good post. I will say out of all the cases Ive seen on this site, I have never seen the mods rush to defend the player(new poster) like they did in this case. Usually they take the middle and wont say who they are defending and just hope it works out. So this case does seem rather suspicious, but who knows?

Jazz - Frank is right about one thing, I do not know the exact timeline of events. None of us do, Shrink handles that end of it. It's irrelevant unless I can't see the forest for the trees here anyway, here's a general view of what I know. Shrink got a call from someone very close to this situation that EWinner was busted. He also told Ken there was a player dispute going on and the book was trying to buy time in order to get some fresh funds from their owner. He said maybe Monday night but that they could not pay everyone off it they wanted to until then. Maybe (I don't know) but when things came off just like he was told with players and their story, PLUS the fact EWinner would not call him he got a bad feeling about this. I would assume after thinking things over he then pulled them down.

Disputes happen all the time and it is never a big deal to pick up the phone and talk to the place where you are advertising. When they avoided Shrink, the players came about with the dispute and other things it probably lended credence to what he was told earlier by his source. If Shrink and the person who is in the industry want to reveal who that is it is up to them. I hesitated to say what I know again because if one thing is out of order it will fuel more of this silliness. It's good to be skeptical of things but this one is so far off the wall it is almost comical. This is/was between those players and hopefully getting their money back from EWinner. For me I met the guy at EWinner and thought he was a hell of a guy. My only beef (other than being broke if true) is I think it's ridiculously harsh of him to take the funds from these people. If he does he is a stiff book IMO. Anything beyond this I have absolutely no kmowledge of and doubt very seriously it exists. Been wrong before but I will have to see it. To me this is a couple of people trying to make a mountain out of a molehill.

FF, there are differences here between the Skybook case and this one. What is it about the confluence of the (1) source saying Ewinner was low on funds (2) wouldn't speak to Ken and (3) apparently was holding onto the disputed funds for cash flow reasons (my interpretation), that still looks like a conspiracy? The first 2 factors were not in the Skybook case. What info do you have to the contrary?
