A little after 10 a.m., he called again, and introduced himself as Bryce, but also said his legal name was Vester Lee Flanagan, and that he shot two people this morning. While on the phone, he said authorities are “after me,” and “all over the place.” He hung up. ABC News contacted the authorities immediately and provided them with the fax.

Worse shot I've seen in awhile. that was almost execution style and someone lived, luckily. You can see the first bullet hit her in the abdomen. I'm sure it was meant for the heart. Anyways, terrible subject to talk about, but you can clearly tell the guy was uncomfortable with a handgun.
Him being a bad shot is.....He goes their and panics....1 shot hits the house....1 shot goes in the water....He gets 1 in the arm and she gets 1 in the leg and they both live.....Now that's what you call a BAD SHOT...He was on a mission to kill both and he succeeded......Hardly a bad shot.
