yeah, they ALL liked the pillow thing, he just asked too much...and something i hadnt really paid attention to until the last original tuesday episode a few weeks ago, at the beginning, it says that the "entrepreneur" (sp) HAS TO GET THEM TO BITE FOR FULL PRICE....he/she can get more, but cant accept less....they can end up giving away more of their company/product, but they CANT settle for less money...
So thats why that deal died last night, and the sharks were upset......they werent allowed to say, "Look, i'll give you 50K, and we'll make it work".....and they couldnt up the % enough to make it balance with 250K

really liked the girl at the end last night, she really saved their product with her passion and honestly....i could tell even before she said it that Barbara was wanting back in....and then she got back in as a partner with Robert and when it was over, damn Damon said "i wanted back in too".....LOL

i know many times they convinced the people to give them more of the company, meaning they were offering a 20% stake and end up giving them a 40% stake, but i dont necessarily remember them giving them LESS money.......and i have watched every episode, so i might just be forgetting, not sure.....

yeah, the Wee Can Shop, was a weak idea....i mean like the one lady said, its a "nice" hobby and nice for the kids....but its really gotta get tweaked to be a profitable business......i think it would fit better "inside" a larger retailer....like if Walmart or someone had a "wee can shop" section.....where kids can go pick out gifts with the small carts etc, while their parents shop....it would draw parent into the larger store, and not have all the overhead costs on itself....think it would work much better like that
ope:damn, this might be the best negotiation ever.....500k offered by 2, then the other guy offers 1 million, now Robert jumps in and offers 4 million for the whole company and gives guy a 10% royalty on all sales....gonna be hard to turn down 4 million dollars
