I dont know much about clothes, but i will say, this woman really seems to know her market, and has a great personality, i could easily see someone like her on QVC selling big gal clothes...and the clothes looked pretty nice...

That one crazy gal that sells that "quacker" stuff, to big gals, she has made MILLIONS.....

I think Barbara will do something here as well...seems a perfect fit for the FUBU guy to help out, and he was verifying everything the lady was saying.....hope he gets in

I don't think this girl could go on QVC or any other home shopping network for that matter. Her clothes are not for everyone. They are high priced for the average person. Neimann Marcus (The store she was already in) is no Sears or Macys. I wish them all well because I think there is definitely money to be made but I don't ever see them being on QVC unless she lowers the prices.

well she might very well be able to do that, when she starts mass producing...she can have a "casual" line and her "dressy" stuff....the casual would go on QVC, and once her name is out there, she'll be able to sell her dressy stuff online and maybe in her own store....

but i'll admit, i dont know that much about fashion, so i might be wrong on this one....i do like the lady though, and think she would make a good marketer for her stuff

I will say this because at times I do like to wear "nice jeans" meaning expensive and my old lady wears all nice shit. So someone in fashion either has to put themselves out there as a high class designer-middle class-or low class.

The suggestion you made wouldn't work imo. Think of it like this. An average person who lets say spends seventy dollars on jeans. When they go to their store lets call it GAP they are only expecting to spend seventy dollars. On the same hand when someone goes into a Rock N Republic store for jeans they know they will be spending atleast three-hundred on a pair of jeans. So right off the bat if someone goes into "GAP" and sees a higher class section of jeans for lets say $150 when they are used to spending $70 they would never buy them and heres the reason. If you are going to spend $150 on jeans you sure as hell aren't going to go to the GAP for them. Your going to go to a higher class store and get your moneys worth. On the same note the Gap knows the people who come into their store aren't going to spend $150 for jeans. So Gayla, Daymond, and Barbara need to decide what level they are going to be on and what clientel they are going to go after.

yeah, they have a shortened season...i guess to see how the ratings are....they have been decent not great...but they are in a tough time slot, against the #1 show on tv, NCIS, Biggest Loser and "Hells Kitchen"..

But i think it will come back midseason for sure....i sure hope so......

I think Kevin and Robert just got beat out of 600K... I know recruiting like the back of my hand. Scouting for kids starts now in the 5th and 6th grade. No kid goes undiscovered these days in sports. They used examples like Jerry Rice.... Jerry Rice came up through grade school and high school way before people knew there was money in scouting kids at an early age and way before all of the technology we have now.

It must be more of a product for the administration at the colleges. I guess that is the main draw...It lets the athletic director at the school know when the coaches attempt to contact a kid and to avoid violations?... I don't know I am confused.

Good News i saw on ABC today..

Shark Tank returns this Friday, for another 5 week run...hopefully it gets renewed as well, but it has 5 new episodes to air starting this week..

Ratings wont be as good on Friday, for sure, but hopefully it does well enough to stick around....certainly makes for something to watch on Fridays..
