According the brother of the Dallas Police’s “person of interest,” both are currently at a police station in Dallas and have nothing to do with the shooting.

He doesn't look like a victim to me. I'll bet he's ex-military. You should be glad that guys like him exist, they're the reason you get to say what you want. I'm big on the second amendment and don't think it's stupid to protest it. I have friends that protest that way all the time, all military guys.

3 Suspects in custody, not co-operating, 4th at large, and still threatening more violence, saying bombs are planted all over Downtown Dallas. This was very co-ordinated and planned well in advance, IMO, waiting for an opportunity like tonight, where lots of cops would be in one place.
