I've got a hunch the main reason he is a suspect is because he was walking around like this. Since he turned himself in, I'd be willing to bet he had nothing to do with this at all. It just goes to show how people are so fast to make assumptions in an attempt to "blame" someone. Everybody wants blood right away , the media posts pics of this guy, so he is instantly public enemy #1.

All it takes to be a "murder suspect" is suspicion. Everyday people are suspected of stuff the cleared. They could be just in the wrong place at the wrong time. You could be a saint and still be a murder suspect.
