These pics just hit social media.
Thats because the news in a rush to report everything. I was watching live around 1am last night est. Fox kept posting headlines that made it look official but then 20 minutes later it would change. It's as if every report they get they immediately plug it in as a headline to appear on the TV screen. First it's two snipers, then it's more, now it might be just one.
I think I did the smartest thing. I just went to be and decided to read about it the next day. There was so much misinformation and speculation it was literally a total waste of time to watch the coverage. Watching it just makes people frustrated and angry and they don't know who to direct it at since no one had the facts.

On a somewhat lighter note, as I was watching last night it made me think god we need google glass or go pro or something to take off.
All this coverage on the seen it seems every single person is holding the cell phones up recording everything. We as humans just look like a bunch of fucking idiots. It is not unique to this situation, you see it at every big event. Like sporting events, take Kobes last pre game introduction. Everybody feels the need to record instead of just watching and enjoying the moment. Even when they know it's televised and much better cameras are recording the same thing compared to your crappy cell phone camera with peoples heads in the way.
At all these events we all just look stupid trying to record it. Some company just has to make a non-intrusive camera to record everything we see everyday. Then we can edit, delete, post to social media whatever it is we want to share at our leisure instead of looking like retards holding our phones in an awkward way to record everything.
