There is a distinct pattern to the line moves, right before the pick was posted the lines were already heading down. I am thinking that RAS uses a live line service and then releases the steam while it's on it's way down.
Note that SIA was slow to the move and actual moved their line the opposite direction.
I am going to do the other plays and see if a pattern of this exists.
