So Jim Feist's RARE BASEBALL HIGH ROLLER is the biggest play of the day it's looking like?

Today's MLB POD is going to be on the match up between the Mariners and the Orioles.

The pitching match up is the same pitching match up that met three times last year. Felix Hernandez matched up against Jeremy Guthrie three times last year and the totals were 4 runs, 6 runs and 5 runs. Both pitched very well and I think they will here again tonight.

Guthrie is coming off a road start where he gave up 6 ER in .2 IP. I think he will bounce back well. I like taking solid pitchers at home coming off a poor road start in this situation. The fact that the Mariners aren't favorites and 88% of the public are on the Mariners and the line has not budged tells me that the we can expect a quality start out of Guthrie.

Felix who had a start here of 8IP 0ER last year is pitching at his best right now. 21.2IP 1.11 whip and a 0.83 ERA in his last three starts. I don't have to tell you that Felix is a solid pitcher now do I?

Baltimore scoring just 1.48 runs/0 in their last 10 vs. RHP and SEA 3.71 last 10 vs. RHP along with both bullpens pitching well 2.10 ERA last 10 for SEA and 3.34 ERA for BAL gives us a solid edge on the under.

Worth mentioning: Felix 11-1 on the under in his last 12 vs. AL East. Guthrie under 7-0 in his last 7 home games vs. a team with a losing record.

Take Under 8.5 runs 4U MLB POD

*300 Texas Rangers -158

Here are a few trends favoring a Rangers win tonight.
- The Blue Jays are 10-28 since 2005 season on the road vs a team that has lost at least their last two games and it is not the first game of a series,
- The Blue Jays are 4-21 since 2005 season as a 140+ dog when they are off a win in which they never trailed.
- The Rangers are 29-11 since 2004 season as a home favorite when they are off a loss in which they never led and it is not the first game of a series.

*500 Baltimore Orioles -102

The largest play I have is a *500. The betting public is favoring the Mariners tonight and I have multiple trends against Seattle. Here are a couple of those trends for tonight.
- The Mariners are 5-29 SU since 2007 season on the road when they blew a lead in their starters last start.
- The mariners are 9-33 SU since 2004 season on the road after a loss in which they allowed 1 or fewer walks.

Does anybody know much about this guy? He seems to have been solid over the last few weeks but when I visited his site I didn't really find anything about past performance, which usually isn't a good sign. Any input would be appreciated.
