Budin has to be one of the top ones. He plays them selectively, the way its suppose to be played.

These pitchers have split their two meetings this year , and I can\'t pass up getting 1.5 at even money with Moehler .Both have tremendous ERA\'s and exhibit great control , so there won\'t be a ton of walks today .Lets run with the value here and take the Astros on the R/L .
