The sites I use don't have that disclaimer (at least I don't see it). However, I've seen a lot of services that make the ridiculous claims of "We do not endorse online gambling in any shape or form, this is for recreational purposes only, yadda, yadda" then they turn around and charge money for their picks and say that you should "load up on this absolute lock" and "bury your man," etc.
