Arizona/Kansas City 8:10: KC dropping sharply on a n 11-26 slide since May 12th. They're in danger of getting swept in this series for the first time ever. We'll look for the D'backs to deliver behind Daniel Hudson who is on an 7-1 run with a 2.59 ERA and a 55:12 strike to walk ratio over that span. We realize he struggled against KC while with the ChiSox; however, KC's manager Yost was forced to shuffle the lineup because of lack of run production from its most dependent run producers. We'll look for the brimming confidence of Hudson to be unphased by the change. And the KC pitching has been perhaps the main culprit putting them in a hole. We don't believe converted reliever Felipe Paulino, who hasn't gone more than 6 innings in any start this season, is the answer. He got lit up in his last start (St. Louis) and faces a very good hitting AZ lineup. AZ is 10-2 on the road against righty starters and 9-1 in game 3 of a series. KC is 2-8 in their last 10 home tilts and we'll call for them to lose their 5th straight at home to Arizona.
