I've been involved in many games that looked like sure wins and ended up losing and games that looked like sure losses that ended up winning so I've learned after all those experiences to stay patient and play it out and don't write anything off ever until the game is over.

Exactly -- too many of these guys on here are willing to chalk it off as a loss if the score isn't exactly on pace to cover. Depending on the last basket, it's either 95 or 97 in the first half of a game with a total of 209. You have to be happy with that but two and half minutes ago, under betters were calling a loss.

Steve - maybe it's high because a decent amout of fouls that were called and could play a factor in the end...although it didn't at the end of the second quarter.

I'm just very surprised they made the 2H total almost exact to the game total. They never do that when the 1H is off pace.

Trushel is gonna make us hear about this game on Sportsmemo radio tomorrow morning if somehow this game goes over. It sure has been sloppy in this 3rd quarter. The question is will the sloppy play translate into an over. Hard to tell. Trushel will sometimes bring up a bad beat or two on-air sometimes.

This time of the season I like to go with the whole "playoff" atmosphere for games like these. Similar to the Celts/Magic game a a week or so ago, games goes way under. I think both teams play some D and try to control a slower tempo. My biggest bet of the night along with the Wiz, let's cash this shit!

MCQueen this is exactly how to look at NBA games like this at this time of year. And look at teams that are done. Although they set up as spoilers if that big matchup is next day.
