Maryland -8 (-105) for 2 units-
I’m going to take the much more athletic and explosive team here at home. First off, for beginners, Maryland is 11-3 at home while Boston College is winless on the road at 0-6, and Maryland is a pretty hostile environment. Secondly, Maryland has been playing really great basketball as of late. 3 games ago they played UNC down to the wire and nearly pulled off the upset at home before falling apart at the end, they then went on to pick up a huge road win at Clemson (which is a very tough place to play), and then played Duke extremely tough in Durham (the 18 point loss doesn’t do them justice as they were only down 3 at half and gave up a lot of meaningless buckets during scrub time at the end). Boston College has been playing decent as of late as well with a HUGE win at home against Florida St followed by a 1 point loss at Virginia Tech, but this is a really tough situational spot for them tonight. First off, I am expecting a big let-down game for them after great offensive output last game against a stellar defense in Virginia Tech, not to mention this is sort of a “sandwich” game for them as they have Duke on deck. Also, Maryland has gotten into a lot of trouble this year because of their turnover issues, however they are playing the only team tonight in the ACC that has more turnovers than them, not to mention that BC has a lot more turnovers on the road than at home. Therefore, I think this will cancel out. Overall, Maryland is tremendously more athletic and capable of scoring than BC. I think the only real chance for BC tonight is if they get hot from downtown. Maryland also has a size advantage and should control the glass. At first glance this line looks inflated, but I think Maryland will win this by double digits and take care of business at home.

1-3 (-3.64 Units) Last Night. Another big down night, we are down (-7.32 Units) for the week. The weekdays are starting to hurt us as it has done the last 3 weeks. Nothing we say can change the fact that we picked those losers. Rutgers and Villanova were just flat out blown out and even though the 76ers rallied back from down 18 Orlando was just too strong late. UNC was our only bright spot. We are in this for the week, stick to the units and we will get back on track.

Tampa Over 5.5 -110 (3.3 to Win 3 Units) - Tampa is still tops in the league when it comes to going over the posted total, While San Jose is on a 6-1 Over run themselves. Tampa has been going back and forth with the over/under so we like our chances that this one will go over.
NBA
Clippers -2 (2 Units) - Blazers having a bad run at home, while The Clippers continue an impressive road run. Los Angeles playing too well right now to overlook.
NCAAB
ULL Rajin Cajuns +11 (2 Units) - The Rajin Cajuns haven't lost by a margin this big since 11 games ago when they lost by 12 to Midd Tenn st. Its hard to see why they have been installed this high a underdog since Denver has been playing mediocre as well. Love ULL to cover this big number.
