double-dime bet 972 CHC (-147) Sportbet vs 971 CWS
Analysis:
2* Famous under the Radar Winner goes to the Cubbies to win today!

Cubbies and Lilly Win on T.V tonight!

2* CUBBIES WINNER TONIGHT ON THE TUBE!
let's break this baby down:
Lilly has been light's out lately as the Cubbies will not get swept at home on the National Tv. venue. The Sox Gavin Floyd 2-6, 6.18 ERA has and will get blasted tonight by the hungry Cubbies. The Vegas lines makers have given much needed respect to the Cubbies as the boys from the North side & Lilly are 5-2 with a 5.94 ERA in 10 starts versus the White Sox. Cubbies are JR O's 2* Under the Radar winner as the Lilly lead boys win and pound the Sox tonight

dime bet 709 LAL / 710 BOS Over 187.0 Bookmaker.com
Analysis:
NBA - 709 LA Lakers @ 710 Boston Celtics

*DOUBLE DIME PLAY*

The Lakers are my biggest play in this contest and I’m taking the Over as well as both plays are correlated and I’ll explain why.

The last two games of this series have been low scoring games with 175 and 185 points while the first two games played in LA had 197 and 191 points. Why? Both defenses played better as of late? The answer is NO! Since game 1 both offenses have been showing a similar offensive efficiency, here’s my (combined) offensive efficiency numbers for each game:

GAME 1 – 219.05
GAME 2 – 215.37
GAME 3 – 214.37
GAME 4 – 216.75

As you can see the numbers are quite similar in all the 4 contests. In fact in the last game both teams were more effective on the offensive end than in game 2 in which the game ended with 197 points!

The BIGGEST REASON for such weird correlation is the PACE that each game was played:

GAME 1 – 87.11
GAME 2 – 91.43
GAME 3 – 81.66
GAME 4 – 85.34

As you can see the last two games were played in a slow pace and in my opinion it was because both teams were completely tired! I’ve already explained before (I remember that I had the Under in both games).
For game 3: “The Finals schedule. Ok, both teams had 4/5 days to prepare for game 1 and then 2 days to prepare game 2. Now that they have to travel from LA to Boston in a huge trip they have only 1 day to rest!”
For game 4 the thought was the same because both teams had only one day to rest between game 3 and 4.
However for tonight the situation is way different because both teams had one extra day to rest and for players that are logging heavy minutes (like Kobe Bryant or Pau Gasol this is a huge factor) it helps a lot and so I expect this contest to be played in a slightly fast pace than the previous 2 contests.

Pick: 4 units (Double Dime Play) on 709 LA Lakers (+3) @ -115 on the greek
Pick: 3 units (Single Dime Play) on Over 187 @ -110 on Bookmaker

2010 NBA Finals - Celtics vs. Lakers
Sunday, June 13, 2010 8:00 PM EST.
Los Angeles Lakers (71-31) at Boston Celtics (64-39)
TD Banknorth Garden, Boston, Massachusetts

The Boston Celtics defeated the L.A. Lakers, 96-89, in Game 4 of the NBA Finals to tie the series at two games apiece, but now look to take a 3-2 lead in Beantown before going back to Los Angeles. I believe this will be a close clash. Neither team thus far in this series has had back to back wins. The Lakers will have center Andrew Bynum back after he played just 12 minutes in Game 4 with a sore right knee. Even so, Kobe Bryant and Company will have to step-up against the Celtics tough defense. Take the Celtics to grab another win and cover the 2.5 spread playing on their home court for the last time of the seaon before going back to Hollywood.

Boston Celtics -2.5

Sunday, June 13th, 2010 1:40 p.m. est.
Florida Marlins (30-32) at Tampa Bay Rays (40-22)
(R) Chris Volstad (3-6) vs. (R) Jeff Niemann (6-0)

The Marlins are just 3-13 in the last 16 meetings against the Rays and 1-4 in the last 5 in Tampa Bay and will have to face Tampa Bay's Jeff Niemann. The Rays are 10-1 in Niemann’s last 11 starts. Florida counters with Chris Volstad. The Marlins are 3-13 in Volstad’s last 16 starts.

Look for the Rays to outscore the Marlins without difficulty this afternoon at Tropicana Field. The struggling Marlins have lost 13 of their 21 games overall and eight of eleven on the road. Go with the Rays with Niemann at the helm.

Florida's right-hander Chris Volstad is 0-1 with a 5.06 ERA in his last three starts. The Marlins are 1-7 in Volstad's last 8 road starts.

Tampa Bay's right-hander Jeff Niemann is 2-0 with a 2.31 ERA in his last three starts. The Rays are 4-1 in Niemann's last 5 home starts and 4-0 in his last 4 interleague starts.

Tampa Bay Rays

Game Five - Los Angeles Lakers (71-31) at Boston Celtics (64-39)
The series is tied 2-2 and Game 5 will be at TD Garden in Boston where the Lakers are just 2-5-1 ATS in the last 8 meetings. Go with Boston's forceful defense and outstanding bench to take this back to Los Angeles with a 3-2 lead. Boston is 11-4-1 ATS in their last 16 games against the LA Lakers.

Jr. O'Donnell (RedZone Sports) free internet play:

Jr O has the Bravos/Twins staying "Under 8.5 + 100" early today Sunday! Let's break this baby down: Under the total today as Atlanta and the Minny Twins will stay well under 8.5 + 100 as runs have been tough to come by in this series. The Bravos hurler Medlen (3-1, 3.21) has been super sharp as of late and the Minny Twins K Slowey 7-3, 3.45 ERA is FLAT OUT IN THE ZONE! Let's ride the under today as JR O is backing a Sunday Matinee Under here in Minny. The Twins/Bravos struggle again today. Bravos want to get back home today off that killer road trip!
