AND BUSH SPENT MOST OF THAT MONEY ON TWO WARS WITHOUT PAYING FOR THEM AND LEAVING THEM OFF THE BOOKS. ALSO, ON A PRESCRIPTION DRUG BILL THAT HE DID NOT PAY FOR B/C WHEN HE CAME INTO OFFICE HE RESCINDED "PAY AS YOU GO" A CLINTON RULE. OBAMA BROUGHT IT BACK UP FOR CONGRESS TO REINSTATE AND THE REPUBLICANS FILIBUSTERED. SO PLEASE KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT BEFORE YOU GET INTO A DISCUSSION WITH ME B/C YOU WILL LOSE.
