Atlanta is 6-1 in there last 10 games when they are laying less then 7 points. They are 5-2 ATS when playing in a dome. On the statistical side of things Atlanta is averaging more points per game, more yards per game and time of possession is in their favor. Throw in the key factor that they are undefeated at home SU this year, I look for winning ways to continue in Atlanta while they lay a small number.
Pittsburgh travels into Buffalo to take on the Bills team that has covered the spread two weeks in a row and a team that is on fire of late. If you slow down and take a closer look at the numbers you will see that they are 1-3 ATS at home this year and 4-1 ATS on the road. They are averaging 140 yards passing per game at home compared to their season average of 207. Not to mention going up against a team that is giving up less yards on the road then at home. With all that being said I like Pittsburgh to take this game in double digits.
Miami takes on Oakland in a matinee showdown with Oakland being the chalk. Oakland is off to an impressive start this year including a 6-4 ATS mark but 5 of those 6 wins came from weeks 5-9 with obviously them getting destroyed last week against Pittsburgh. This is a team that came back to reality last week. Miami got the extra few days to scout a very important game to retain contention for a wild card berth. Miami will use the wildcat effectively which will keep this game close and taking the points will have us coming out on the positive end.
