The Saints look to be clicking again in all phases of the game. They are tough at home and will pressure Favre on Sunday night in New Orleans. The Saints showed no signs of rust after their supposed late season decline, marching up and down the field at will against Arizona. Even more impressive was a defense that for a majority of the season was “situationally good” – getting key stops when needed and forcing plenty of turnovers. The Saints were third in the NFL with 26 INTs.
The Vikings didn’t have to do much last week as Dallas essentially handed them the game with the turnovers and poor play calling. New Orleans has been all but unstoppable in front of its home crowd and in this possible chance to advance to the Super Bowl, you can bet they'll make it tough for the Vikings. I feel the better team is the Saints in their home building and the quicker more mobile QB with Drew BREES.
