How has he done on these in the past? I ask because on the sportsmemo.com podcast Teddy Covers said he could only bet Colorado or pass on this one since WSU has nothing to play for. They're in the PAC12 title game regardless of the outcome of this game.

I'm not sure if you ever heard of the word "MOMENTUM"....... Just because Wash St is already in the title game, would you expect them to just lay down ?? THESE ARE GAMES WHERE COACHES FINE TUNE THINGS THAT THEY (CSU) MAY HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH, OR TRYING TO THROW NEW WRINKLES INTO THE GAME, due to both Pac 12 teams know each other so well, w/ boat load of film to go off of.

I PERSONALLY HAVE NO OPINION IN THE GAME, I'M JUST TRYING TO HELP YOU UNDERSTAND THAT JUST BECAUSE A TEAM HAS ALREADY CLINCHED SOMETHING, BY NO MEANS WHATSOEVER DO YOU AUTOMATICALLY "LAY DOWN." ( If that was the case every time, would any of us really have a job ?? )

Thank you very much for the clarification on that WazZu game today. I actually did NOT know that as well. From what your saying, correct me if I'm wrong, THIS IS A "MUST WIN" GAME FOR WAZZU, in order for them to get into the Pac-12 championship game. Am i correct in saying that ??

I'm just pointing out that a respected handicapper (Teddy Covers) had an opinion that differed from Marc's. I know Leach has been great as an underdog & I was ready to bet WSU big until I heard his analysis regarding the spot for WSU. His points were that it's not a great spot for them as they can't move up or down in their conference & they have their rival game with Washington next week. Regarding momentum, I believe Colorado is the #1 point spread team in the country at 9-1 ATS. I do appreciate the feedback. Thank you.

My bad. Their chance to play in the title game will come down to their game vs Washington barring them losing to ASU today. The point is that with Washington very likely to win today, WSU will still be playing for their division next week regardless of the outcome of their game with Colorado today.
