MTi COMP SELECTION

The Spurs are 6-0 OU (+27.2 ppg) in franchise history after a home loss in which Roger Mason took fewer than 10 shots and 4-0 OU (+30.0 ppg) since after a loss at home in which Tony Parker was the Spurs' high scorer. The Rockets are 4-0 OU (+23.9 ppg) at home after a win in which Aaron Brooks shot worse than 33% from the field and 5-0 OU (+11.5 ppg) as a favorite after a win in which they shot at least 50% from the field.
Also, San Antonio is 4-0 OU (+14.1 ppg) with at least one day of rest off a loss that broke at least a three-game winning streak and 5-0 OU (+9.6 ppg) when seeking revenge for a loss as a dog and Houston is 4-0 OU (+21.2 ppg) as a favorite after a win in which they scored less than 15% of their points from the free throw line.

Let's take these two OVER.

JOHN RYAN COMP PLAY

Ai Simulator 3* graded play on the Chicago Bulls as they host New Orleans slated to start at 8:35 EST. Bulls were in Philadelphia last night where they lost and the game marked the end of the historic Philadelphia Spectrum, where the 76ers had last won their last World Championship. It was home to the Broad Street Bully Flyers of the 1970‘s, the 76ers, and so many other teams and events. Noteworthy info only. Travel will not be a factor in this game and the AiS shows a 70% probability that the Bulls will win this game. Supporting this graded play is a strong system that has posted a 67-33 ATS mark for 67% winners since 1996. Play on home dogs in a game involving two average defensive teams allowing 43.5-45.5% and is a good ball handling team committing <=14.5 TOPG facing a poor pressure defense forcing <=14.5 TOPG after 42+ games of the regular season. New Orleans is just 13-22 ATS (-11.2 Units) versus good free throw shooting teams that are making >=76% of their attempts this season.

Saturday's Action
900♦ Florida State Seminoles

Talk about one silly number today in the ACC as I not only see the Seminoles being about to cover today, but I would not be shocked if Florida State wins outright. You see for Florida State despite being challenged by Georgia Tech yesterday the Seminoles are very good thanks to their height in the paint and their outstand guard in Douglas, but thanks to their outstand defense they match up very well against North Carolina. I mean in just the past three series meetings it has been Florida State who has keep things close enough for the cash, including their three point loss to UNC this year as an 11 point underdog. Plus, how can you really go wrong backing the Seminoles today after they have an amazing 17-8-1 ATS record this season. Meanwhile, for North Carolina with just 2 over wins over their last 10 games and still without a healthy Ty Lawson there is no reason why they should be this big of a favorite today. Not when the Tar Heels are more concerned with next week’s tournament and not this weekend’s ACC championship. Flat out, while North Carolina just might pull out the win today it won’t be easy as Florida State behind their stout defense will challenge the Tar Heels today in Atlanta. With that take the Seminoles plus the points as they stay well inside the number.

All Florida State!

SATURDAY'S PLAYS 40 Dime Michigan State
15 Dime Florida State
10 Dime Spurs

Ohio State vs. Michigan State
MICHIGAN STATE - Coming into today’s game against Ohio State, Michigan State is on an absolute tear, trying to position itself for a No. 1 seed in The Tournament.

Against the Buckeyes today, the Spartans will cruise to their seventh consecutive SU victory and will cover in their third consecutive game.

The Spartans come into this game having covered in six of their last nine games and are on a six-game SU winning streak, having beat their opponents by about 8 points per game, including Minnesota yesterday, whom Michigan State beat 64-56 as a 7 1/2 point favorite.

Today, Michigan State is installed as about a 7 1/2 point favorite against a Buckeyes team that has covered only three times in its last seven games and has gone only 1-2 ATS its last three games against Michigan State.

In that three-game stretch the Spartans are a perfect 3-0 SU, having beat Ohio State by an average of 9 points per game.

Consider, too, that Michigan State is 8-3-1 ATS its last 12 games played at neutral sites and has covered in 7 of its last 10 games against the Big Ten.

Today, the Spartans will cover once again against a conference opponent and strengthen that bid for a No. 1 seed in The Tournament.
