Crazy, that is my point. it's hard to pick WINNERS..obviously. So if you play favs, you'll need to PICK MORE WINNERS than if you're playing dogs. My record for the season is almot at .500(50%) yet I'm up a few units...playing favs & only hitting at a 50% clip...I'd be fuckin' broke

there are cappers hitting at 70% in mlb. I just feel better going that way, and the favs I play are mostly in a good spot to win that game 8 out of 10 times.. imho

im totally with ya Sky - i'd much rather bet on a dog than lay cash but if you've capped the game and think the fave has a much better chance of winning than the dog then the value may well be on the favorite regardless of the low odds - never seen a loser with value before (at least that's what my ex told me lol)

Its an interesting discussion - if you start a thread on the main board I'll jump in, but we're cluttering this space...as you said, we are all the same side in the long run, the money making side

hey real quick can any of you guys tell me how betting soccer works? it says Italy +160 Netherlands +225 Draw +186 Italy -.5 is +158 isnt Italy -.5 and Italy to win the same thing? if they cover -.5 that means they won?? why is one +150 the other +160 ... Also Italy pk -136 Netherlands pk +116.....whats pk....

pk mean ties you will not lose. if you bet them +160 and they tie you lose

if you think Italy will win, take the +160 - if you want some insurance, take the -136 so your bet is refunded on a draw...if you think a draw (or Holland win) is most likely, take the Netherlands +0.5 as that will pay off on a tie
