A RAS observation

No argument...the YTD % and + units is still good, even though in the last 4 weeks RAS has lost approx. 16 units from his hot start (lost more on sides, totals have helped keep him positive).

The odd thing is with all the possible games/sides to choose from, many of the RAS plays come down to the wire, and if you cannot get his line, you will probably lose (maybe push) on some of his plays while his released line might win or push. :think2:

There have also been some games (losses) that have not even been close and not that many have been relaxing blow-outs. No dog in the hunt here...just an observation that one would think RAS would seek out plays in the future that are not of the "nail-biting" nature. :smoking:

Again, no argument, he does offer a first class service, but we all need to re-think our strategy on ocassion. GL to ALL.

I never understood the whole if a capper's play doesn't win comfortably then he shouldn't have put it out argument. With this argument every capper should hit 100% of their plays then:ohno:

People who play sports have good days and bad days. That is part of being human. Cappers take a look at the numbers and based on trends they come up with a score that should happen based on how they read the trends. If the team doesn't perform like they usually do there is no way a capper can cap that unless there has been a history of this happening before.

Everyone is going to misread games because there are times that people don't play up to their capabilities. On the flip side there are team that you don't figure to play well play over their heads

Just something to think about
