2* Rockies/Phillies UNDER 8.5
The Rockies just flat out struggle away from Coors Field. And the Phillies struggle to score period. Chacin SHOULD shut down the Phils today and I came THIS close to making this a MAX bet, because I think the # is off a full run from where it SHOULD be. I would have made this # 7.5. However, we're playing it for 2* because I DO respect the fact that Kendricks SUCKS and could let the bats of Colorado go off.
1.5* Braves - 130
Until I see Buckholtz shut down ANYONE...he's just been too erratic to trust. Everyone is betting the Red Sox today, but I just don't buy it. Braves have a BETTER bullpen, and I think the Braves SHOULD get 3-5 off of Buckholtz today, which should be enough for Santana, who at this point of the season, HAS to be the discount of the year. Can you believe that Ubaldo got 4 years and 50 mllion and the Orioles passed on Santana? Good use of $$$$.
