Over is 6-2 so far in second round, after unders dominated in first round; favorites are 4-4 in this round, but 2-4 outside the Miami series.
Atlanta scored 30 less points in Game 2 than Game 1, shooting 33.8% after making 51.3% in opener. Chicago were +19 on boards in Game 2- they were -1 in opener. Horford was 3-12 from floor with no foul shots taken for Atlanta- they need more from him. Atlanta won its three home games in first round by 4-3-3 points, holding Magic to just 83.3 ppg. Bulls split pair of low-scoring road games in their last series, at Indiana.
Bryant has taken 49 shots in first two series games, but only two were from less than 11 feet, as Dallas has kept him away from goal and made him a jump shooter. Main question now becomes; can Dallas put away wounded Lakers, who are 7-39 from arc in series? Do Mavs believe they can win series? LA was minus-18 in 26:04 with Odom on court in Game 2. Barea had 12 points in 17:02 off bench in Game 2, providing Dallas with a much-needed spark.
