buddy of mine was short fnm a while back (in the 60s) with scottrade and it was one big headache as scottrade at times forces you to cover, and for fnm this occured

not a surprise its rolling over hard as shorts just gave up due to this type of stuff going on

i keep hearing these so called housing bears and even they are only calling for 20% housing price declines.

look at these mortgage stocks and im going to say its not only going to be a bear market for housing, its going to be a complete crash.

home prices adjusted for inflation are going to be at least cut in half and could fall 75% + in some areas during the next several years.

countrywide showing the 8 handle now.

i just couldnt fathom the market tanking like this just before a major holiday.

i know alot of you guys dont like reading some of these posts, but we are going to have a depression...not a recession.
