Yes, but your C bet could be different than someone elses C bet. In other words if Duquesne wins you can make UNLV an A bet. But if you fall asleep and don't play it, your A bet will probably be tomorrow.

In the NBA more than JM. In the time i've been following SB its about 6 times in the NBA. I started like half way through the season so there should be more times.
