Last I heard only posting writeups of games can be legally challenged on a copywrite infringement basis

Posting the names of teams/picks though is a different story,

If a handicapper has ever SUCCESSFULLY sued someone for posting their picks without permission, I don't believe it and

would love to see some documentation of this if I am incorrect.

That said, the owner of a site has the right to not permit a capper's picks to be posted if he so chooses

and especially so if the capper is a sponsor of the site.
