Stone Cold:

What's your take on that situation ??

Does safedepositsports owe this guy any money, or is this an issue between the bettor and the agent ??

I don't know all the ins and outs of betting through an agent, but from what I have read the bettor basically has an agreemnt with the agent and not the book. Is this correct ?

Sounds to me as if the AGENT is the TRUE culprit here.......Credit this way can get really tricky, with fingers being pointed both ways........

most agents cut you off as soon as you owe. not let you move to another sheet or book unless i guess you have some pre arranged agreement as far as paying off your debt maybe.

thoughts??

In my opinion the book should really know who there agents are to avoid these situations. I find it interesting that SDS has not come back in here and responded to this. If this place was just writing the business for a per head fee for this agent, I blame the book for allowing a scam agent to use there book for his business. It has tarnished this book before they even had a chance. I would never send my money to this place and if any of you do don't come in here crying wolf.

Guys I asked this Barry Clark some questions regarding the no pay on my site and he never came back & answered the questions which I would call a bad sign for this book. Barry Clark did make a point to e-mail me about the registration process so he could post, but couldn't respond back to the questions asked of him...tsk tsk

I was paid without problems. I only won $1500 or so above my deposit though (don't remember the exact amount).

Well based on the limited facts of the story, this sounds like a tossup as far as sending money to them goes which means I'd put the money back in my wallet & find another book until it is proven who is right & wrong.
