It will be in the 30's tonight in Cincy and I don't think that helps South Florida either. Love the home dog on thrusday night! Friday night games are completely different since the guys don't have class the next day.

It will be in the 50's at kickoff and the mid 40's by the time the game is over with no wind the entire time. I don't see weather being a factor....

Grutza, Pike and Anderson OUT.

4th Stringer Collaros gets the start.....who is this guy, and why is this still a trap game?

Cincy last two games 0 for 25 on 3rd down conversions and now starting a new qb. I'm sticking with my USF -2.5 here folks. Can't beat a team if you can't keep their offense off the field.

Grutza, Pike and Anderson OUT.

you serious? I know Pike was questionable but had no idea Anderson was out too. In fact I've not read it anywhere...

Junior Tony Pike, who took over for incumbent starter Dustin Grutza (season-ending leg injury) in September, returned from a broken left forearm last week against UConn and went 10-for-27 for 136 yards, one TD and one INT, but had to leave the game after a half because of the injury. If Pike is unable to play tonight, redshirt freshman Chazz Anderson (61.3 percent completion rate, 520 yards, 2 TDs, 3 INTs) will likely make his third start of the season for an offense that puts up 27 points and 384 total yards per game.

I think it is a trap trap game.

They are making you think this way ...

South Florida wins this and covers!

Exactly, it's a classic double reverse trap game.

First they set you up with what looks like the classic trap, S.Florida -2.5?
and you go "what, only -2.5 they are begging for S.Florida money" BUT...
you look a little closer and then it's crystal clear. S.Florida wins big because Vegas knows that the public loves home dawgs on ESPN thursday games against ranked oppenents.(what you think Vegas doesn't have actuary tables like we use?).

I'm just hope it's not the rarely used triple reverse trap. Fuck-man that one killed me Monday with the Colts.

Bet S.Florida and lay the lumber.....

You said, "Vegas knows that the public loves home dawgs on ESPN Thursday games". Public is all over USF, so that doesn't apply to this game. Cinci +3.

This is going to be a repeat of what's been happening all year. A televised game with a ranked team going against a what looks like a going down hill team on the road. S. Florida is only favored by -2.5 even though Cincinati got destroyed by UConn in their last game and two Qbs questionable for tomorrow? Yes, S. Florida lost last weekend as well but at least it was close and to a good Louisville team on the road. It looks like the books want the public to take S. Florida.
S. Florida will dominate the first half fooling people to bet on them for the 2nd half. What really happens is that Cincinati will dominate the 2nd half and squeeze out the victory. Just my opinion and a trend I've seen too often. Take Cincinati +2.5 and a little on the ML!
My prediction: Cincinati 27 S. Florida 24 :103631605

I like your way of thinking..........but why play the game at +2.5 if you feel Cinn will fall behind after the first half. Play them 2nd half only and you will get a better number than +2.5 if So Fl is leading.

Winner! Ok, so my story of the first half didn't happen but the second half did. Congrats to all who were with Cincinati. Piranha, yeah, 2nd half bet would have been smart but my local doesn't do 2nd halfs.

Congrats on ur bet Whiz. I guess USF is very bad on weekdays. Good thing I didn't lay n e thing on these losers. Can n e one tell me how many dropped balls that USF receivers had. Grothe must've been frustrated. The receivers coach needs to go back to fundamentals after this game. Very sad. I know one thing for sure... regardless of what happens, I am fading Buffalo next tuesday. It seems like this trend works better when teams play in consecutive weeks. Also works when public is on the other side.

as always... aloha.
