One thing you guys haven't mentioned is that So FLA traveled last Saturday and now has to travel again on a very short week. I think that is a pretty big advantage to CIN. Less prep time for So FLA and having to travel 2 straight games.

stick with the plan

The only question now is...

Do you think this trend holds stronger than the dreaded ESPN Thursday nite homedawg trend?

as always... aloha.

FADE>>> It works best on Back to Back primetime games. I see your point on the others that are outside of the back 2 back window. they can be considered winners too, but i like to keep it within 2 consecutive weeks on PRimetime. it is very effective. Do not let the thursday home dawg rule rain on your parade, by the time this is through chances are that you have cashed in more times than the thursday homedawg in which case you are still in the positive. I have NFL cases too which I made money. DAL (lost) vs PHI DAL(won) vs GB, Pitt(lost) vs Bal, Pitt(win) vs JAX, NeP(lost) vs SD , NEP(winner) vs Den. This week you have an opportunity with INDY. Last week Indy(lost) vs Ten, this week Indy (hopefully win) vs NEP. Don't forget about Boise State(lost) vs Hawaii, Boise state(Winner: Can't believe so many people in this place rooted for SJST) vs SJST.

STICK with the Plan!!! Go USF

This week (NFL) there is Pitt vs Was, there following week , after a bye (Was), was will go up against DAL on another Back 2 back Primetimer. another opportunity.

in weeks 11, 12, 13 (college)there is Maryland vs Vt, and Vt vs Mia, and MIa vs GT there can also be opportunities in here. :pope:

I've always found this angle to have almost no significance in the outcomes in games. They mentioned this same thing the other day on ESPN about teams coming off a short week and then travelling again. And it showed this to be a very weak angle to the outcome of games.

Does Jim Leavitt need to remind the team?

Does the coach have to remind you that you lost to Pitt on Primetime? If so, then you should play hard enough so that you don't lose again on primetime. Look at Houston and Marshall on Tuesday. Does the Marshall coach need to remind them that they lost to CINCY on primetime 3 weeks ago? obviously Marshall made sure not to lose again on Primetime (plus at home again on Primetime). Jim Leavitt remembers losing to PITT, i think he will make sure that he doesn't get enbarrased again by another Big East opponent on Primetime (whether home or away). Go USFL:aktion033

All very good points made my friends. I'd like to take USF today, but w/their track record on the road especially on weekday games... I'll take the sideline today and fade Buffalo next tuesday nite. but for now....

as always... aloha.

FADE>> stay away from Mac games with this plan late in the season. MAC games are unpredictable and Sh*t happens in these games. I know you mentioned going against OHIO this week, but last week I was given 4 and pushed with Temple. I stay away from opportunities that have the potential to fall in 2.5,3,3.5 or 6.5, 7, 7.5, or 9.5,10, 10.5 and just like last week 3.5, 4, 4.5 because base on what you were given it is hard to determine what to do the following week. I did not play the Buff/Ohio game because of this.
I also add caution in the NFL when it is late in the season and they have FLEX-Scheduling. that gets wierd too... GL FADE:pope:

this is our GOLDEN GOOSE. don't let it slip by us. I'm ready for this next season. College and Pro.:toast:

With all this talk and all these trends, I think this game is a coin toss. With my history that means i will be tossing my dinner as I collect the coins to pay my man for my pick.

Instead of playing this game i think i will try to soak the sausage with the wife tonight so i can concentrate on the weekend. Wish me luck, the odds are not in my favor on this wager either.

If you are going to "Soak the Sausage" tonight with the WIFEY, then why not play "Hide the Salami" with her too? Just make sure after you hide it you know which hole to get it out of....:nohead:

I'm laying off this one. I did hear something on radio today about how South Florida is the most penalized team over the last eight years. Is that true?

81% of the bets are on South Florida yet the line is still at -2.5. Something really smells fishy here.

I think Im going to lay off this game and just parlay bama/lsu on the ML for some dinner money--most likely vietnamese.

risking $1000 to win $95

True sizzle chest. But it's hard to believe that 19% of the bets can out weigh the 81% bets in money wagered.

you were right on trap game, you are wrong about the first half.

Cincy wins the 1st half outright while S. Florida looks like they can come back 2nd half....Cincy wins the 2nd half as well and the game.....S. Florida chasers will be crying like me losing game 5 of the WS twice!
