Not sure someone disposed of weapons in trash can by the street. That’s the most open and lit area around the house. Means walking into the most likely situation of running into someone or into view more houses (camera) etc. suspect likely entering behind house in cover of woods and left same way.
That driveway is also straight in front of the frat house about 30 seconds away. Lots of open view houses top of street. College town like that zombies roam till morning.
All bedrooms to house also have keypad entry to rooms. Not unusual to rental homes housing several roommates sharing common areas. So either they had both doors open or someone knows code. This would explain the doors locked after killing. Since how do you lock doors from outside. Thus meaning keypad doors were activated locked when shut. So either killer got lucky both doors open or knew codes.
man you are working long hours on this case and is appreciated fucking 3am , dedicated. If that is true those keypads to enter the bedrooms, I would ask, How would the killer know 2 different codes, that’s pretty difficult unless, both were default codes like 1111 or like you said they all hammered left door open by mistake. hard to imagine a random stalker or party person knowing the codes to 2 different keypads to slice up 4 people.

This reminds me of the JonBenet Ramsey case in that the local keystone cops bungled this from the beginning losing important evidence right off the back and by the time the FBI got involved they have been playing down three touchdowns from the start. I think whoever did this is long gone and with little or no DNA or blood evidence to follow conclusively unless someone who knows something comes forward this may never get solved.

A neighbor jack is supposedly the food truck jack in a hoodie. To me the hoodie guy looks like x bf jack. But apparently isn’t him. The town has like 7000 jacks apparently and they all hunt.

I had no idea Moscow to Boise is like 6 hours away. Google his name and search for relatives, there is possibly the connection to a couple that looks like they are in medical/doctor profession. Can’t say that is his parents but may be. Tried finding addresses and unless it’s this big ole million dollar cabin in Boise, which fits the bill of parents with money, his story could check out. Odd time to drive 6 hours on Friday night

Bit odd if so close but all pics are 4-5 years ago. She went from jet black hair to platinum blonde from Hs to college. Leaving in January to move to Texas. Plenty of TNA pics SM of her. There is a great psychic on Twitter who connected with Kay in the spirit world. She asked her if killer would be at vigil. She said yesssss! Apparently the psychic didn’t ask who the killer was in this conversation. Considering she was asleep, in the dark but knows in the after life the killer will be attending her vigil, she apparently declined to tell the psychic who the killer was.
