Loved his opioids, like many entertainers. Knew how to make a buck. Overplayed his hand when he got on an NFL show. He was a smart man, who knew how to make money. Doubt if he believed 50 percent of what he said. Was the first Colin Cowherd, Stephen A Smith, etc. in politics, who would take any stand just to get a reaction, just like ESPN does now.
Rush was mocking the media coverage of what he called an overrated QB. He said they want him to be more than he is because of his color. McNabb himself was just collateral damage
