FYI, I did get a fast Neteller withdrawal today.
I hope they get your check issue taken care of right away.

Stop telling the guy to use Neteller people. Next time you can't get a Neteller withdrawl processed quickly or on time somewhere, how the hell would you like it if a bunch of clowns chimed in telling you that you should have asked for a check or Western Union.

The man asked for a check and should had one in his hands already or at the very least an explanation as to why one couldn't be sent due to a discrepancy in his account etc.....Instead he has received no answer and the run around from this book.

He asked for a cashiers check and was entitled to one a long time ago. If for some reason there is a problem with his request, he was entitled to an answer.

If there was no problem with his request, he should have been paid already and not ignored and given the run around.

He certainly is entitled to an apology if there was no problem with his request. He is being slow paid if that is the case.

Royal has either discovered a problem with the account and a reason why they shouldn't pay, or are just plain incompetant.

Either way they are providing horrible customer service.

Their silence is deafening!

Fk Off Nelim. The point of my post was to let the guy know that Royal paid somebody today. I don't give a damn what method anyone uses to get paid.

Well it seems Royal responded after two days after I wrote them their first email. This is response I got:

My apologies to you on behalf of Royal for the delay in getting your check to you. I've personally looked into the matter, and a check for $xxxx is on it's way to you. The FedEx tracking is xxxx xxxx xxxx.

There is NO explanation to WHY IT TOOK SO LONG. Also, I just checked the tracking number and it is not in the system. So it means I have a phony tracking number or they haven't even sent it out yet. This is
horrible and I WILL NEVER PLAY WITH ROYAL AGAIN.

just because the tracking number doesnt show in the system, does not mean it is not real.

give it time, it has probably not been entered inthe system yet. happens all the time.

The tracking # might be real, but until they scan the air bill it wont be in the system.

The real wager should be on weather they sent out the check on the date of Kenneth's email.

"No" they have not mailed out the check (+180)

It'd be nice if Ken from Royal (or somebody from Royal) came in and verify that such a situation exists and was handled, and perhaps explain what the problem was with the payment.

This is what they wrote me in response to my last email about the tracking number:

Your balance of $xxxx.xx is not a problem. I can pay you via Neteller right now,or If you prefer to receive a Check via FedEx, then I
can have a tracking number for you by tomorrow 12/09/2003 1PM Eastern. Please let
me know.

Apparently the cause of confusion was we've had
another client who had requested a check, with the same last name as of yours and both
the checks were sent to the other customer. Customer service had provided incorrect information to you asking you to keep calling back.

On behalf of Royal, I'll accept full responsibility for the confusion and any
inconvenience caused, and I'm willing to give you a Bonus Play for $100 and try
and make it up to you.

The FedEx tracking number that was emailed to you earlier is the right one, but it will appear in the FedEx tracking system by 4 PM
Eastern.

The only reason I was paid was because I went public with my slow pay. I now believe Royal Sports is relying on deposit money to pay. This company had no money to pay my check last week, hence the reason my cheque was sent today. I can see why you are offering
25% bonuses. Royal has not offered a logical
explanation for my slow pay.

As for the same last name, spare me. My full name and account number has been on every email, I can't see why a cheque with my full name was sent to another customer. If this is true, which I doubt thanks HE NOW HAS MY PERSONAL INFO. As for the free $100 play you can keep your money, you WILL need it.

To all the posters who kept telling me to use Neteller yesterday, IT’S EMPTY AGAIN. I hope you also like getting the Royal Treatment.

Let’s see, a week for a FedEx tracking number (but only 12hrs after posting) and low “AGAIN” in Neteller. Royal sounds solid and well funded to me.

Now the CEO takes a new position? I’ll update everyone on how long my final withdrawal of my balance takes since I no longer want to do business with Royal. Best wishes to all.

Old Ballgame: I did answer Royal's emails. I think the public has a right to know how they treat the "Average Joe" when they request a small amount of their balance.

If you would have read my posts you would have seen that Kenneth is responding the emails that I sent to him. Again I'm hear to get my money and to tell people how royal treats their "royal" customers.

All payouts I have ever requested from Royal were always paid promptly - less than 30 min. via Neteller.

Whenever someone comes in w/ their first (oh, but he's been around for three years?) post bashing a book I get suspicious.

There are more than a few people out there who don't like Royal and will stoop to any level to harrass and/or discredit them.

Oh okay. The many people with MORE than 10 posts who've said that they haven't had a single problem getting paid don't mean anything. Just Miss Four Post. I haven't seen any complaints about a Royal slow-pay anywhere else on the internet.

If Royal is in trouble, it would make no sense that they would slow-pay one person wanting under $1,000 and pay $2,500+ promptly to everybody else who requested a payout.
