As an attorney and constitutional law student, your argument is 100% and what SCOTUS, Congress, and POTUS did is 100% false. I challenge anyone to find a constitutional law professor, scholar, or commentator to say what SCOTUS did was constitutional. The only reason why it was declared a penalty and not a tax was because of a liberal majority. In what world would a "monetary fine" not be considered a TAX? Obamacare is fundamentally unconstitutional, yet got passed

I agree with the idea that our next President should be someone who actually did something outside of politics. The Dems don't nominate such people because they are the party of government. The R's seem dead set on either nominating Christie or Jeb Bush, neither of whom has done anything of note outside of the political sphere.

Christie is a big government goof and Jeb Bush actually believes these 3rd world immigrants have Republican values and are great Americans or something.

If those are the choices, I'm going to pick the libertarian or constitution party.

Romney will win by default again. The clown show conservatives can't win on the national stage. They even scare normal Republicans. Obama would destroy Romney again if he had a 3rd chance. But since he doesn't and leaves pretty much undefeated in his life... it might come down to Hillary. I honestly hope someone comes up the ranks and beats Hillary again. But whoever wins the Dem primary will be President.
